I suspect that the .DS_Store file in the root of the repository was added by accident during the migration from GitHub to SourceTube.

This PR removes the file and adds a basic .gitignore to prevent those files from showing up in the future.

I suspect this was committed by mistake. The following commit will add a
simple `.gitignore`.
This should ensure that `.DS_Store` files aren’t accidentally committed
to the repo in the future.
