Following up on an oversight of mine in #2, this PR changes references to GitHub in display text to SourceTube. Sorry about that!

Following up on an oversight of mine in #2, this PR changes references to GitHub in display text to SourceTube. Sorry about that!
I missed the display values in PR #2, so this change fixes one
occurrence of “GitHub” in display text.

When changing GitHub URLs to SourceTube URLs, I forgot to also update
the display text. This fixes that oversight!

I'm making a hopefully okay assumption that Githubissa is a Finish trade name for GitHub and that the issa suffix is not significant in the way that, say, 'da is in the Turkish translation.

Yeah, I think you're right. If further changes are needed from a linguistic standpoint, we can certainly make them. Until then, I think it makes total sense to fix this.
