Penelope

Penelope is the bot on omg.lol’s IRC server, and like everything in IRC, she runs on PHP. She’s actually kind of a mess at the moment, but the code in this repo is an attempt at cleaning things up. As I continue to fix Penelope, I’ll update the code here with her full set of features. (For now, there isn’t much here.)
